Tell us we got a number wrong
This site is built entirely on published specifications and arithmetic. Both are checkable, which means both are correctable, and a spec correction is the most useful message we can receive.
Before you write
How do I report a wrong specification?
Use the form below and pick 'Spec correction'. A link to the manufacturer page showing the correct figure makes it much faster to act on. We check every correction against the manufacturer's own page before changing anything, and corrections are made visibly rather than quietly.
Will you review a product if I suggest it?
Possibly. What decides it is whether the manufacturer publishes enough for a page to be worth writing -- a volume, a packed size, a working pressure. A product whose maker publishes only a weight and a color gives us almost nothing to work with, and a page about it would be padding.
Do you accept review samples?
No. We accept no free product, no loan units and no gifted gear. Partly because it would compromise the site, and partly because we do not test anything -- a sample would sit in a cupboard being a conflict of interest.
How quickly do you reply?
Usually within a few days. Spec corrections get priority, because a wrong number on a live page is actively misleading somebody. Our editorial policy commits to correcting confirmed errors within seven days.
